Direct website bookings
Services with an estimated total of $600 or less may be booked directly when an available time is shown. The appointment reserves the selected service duration and a route buffer. No payment or card information is collected when booking.
Assessment requests
Builds over $600, as well as mold, moisture, water damage, biohazard and other screened conditions, require photographs and review. A selected date and time is a preference—not a confirmed appointment—until Trailblazer approves the scope, price and work environment.
Rescheduling and cancellation
Please call or text at least 24 hours before the appointment whenever possible. Late cancellations, repeated rescheduling, inaccessible vehicles or no-shows may require manual confirmation or a deposit for future service. No fee is automatically charged without a separately agreed payment method.
Weather and mobile access
Unsafe weather, wind, temperature, runoff restrictions or inadequate workspace may require rescheduling. Customers are responsible for legal parking, property authorization and safe access to the vehicle. Please disclose gates, apartment rules, steep driveways and water or power limitations before arrival.
