When you request or book service, we collect the contact, vehicle, service-address, appointment and condition information you provide. Assessment requests may include photographs and written notes about the vehicle.
How we use it
We use this information to recommend service, calculate an estimate and duration, prevent scheduling conflicts, communicate about the appointment, perform approved work, collect payment after service and maintain business records.
Condition photographs
Uploaded photographs are stored privately and are used for assessment, scheduling, service documentation and dispute prevention. We do not use customer photographs in advertising or social media without separate permission.
Payments
The website does not collect or store card numbers. Payment is due after service and is processed through the payment method presented at completion, such as Square point of sale or a secure Square invoice.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared only with service providers necessary to operate the booking website, store submitted files, communicate with customers, process payment or comply with law. Records are retained only as reasonably necessary for operations, tax, safety and dispute purposes.
